Nine pages now have a short tour behind the signpost button in the header, and a new page, How HabitForge works, explains the whole app in six steps. A first visit shows one quiet line at the bottom about the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, which leaves by itself.

A new habit can be drafted with AI: the cue, routine, reward, craving and investment, from its name. The dashboard reads your last seven finished days back with one suggestion, and the community board can help word a post you wrote. Speak listens to what you did and what you want to start, then suggests check-ins, a new habit or a post for you to check. Nothing is saved until you press Save. Each plan has a monthly AI allowance, and the levels are Spark, Pulse and Surge.

Pro and Family can now be paid for by card on the plans page. The card is entered on a page run by Polar, the payment provider; the app never sees it. The plan starts when the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and the same page shows the subscription with its renewal date, a way to cancel or resume it, and, for Family, a way to change the number of seats. Web only: the Android app sells nothing.

When somebody creates an account from it and verifies their email, the member earns points and a badge, and a plan month once enough people have joined — the numbers are set from the admin’s own screen rather than fixed in the app. The page shows a count and a state, never who joined, and it produces a link and nothing else.
